GENERAL CONDITIONS

SPORTVAGANDO.COM offers visibility to facilitate direct contact between the user of the site operator and the service provider of tourism and / or sport;
SPORTVAGANDO.COM is not a travel agency or a tour operator or a travel or reservation agent and, therefore, is not involved or does not interfere in any way and for any reason in the substance of the reservation by the user with tourist services operators and accommodation, recreational and sports centers;
SPORTVAGANDO.COM does not carry out any mediation between the user and the aforementioned structures and assumes no responsibility for the content of the contract between the user and the operators / travel suppliers and / or sport;
SPORTAGANDO.COM merely provides an Internet Portal to promote operators of tourist services and / or sports, therefore, it is stated that:

a) does not organize or manage the various activities and has no means of checking on the quality of tourist and/or sport services provided by operators or the service providers themselves;
b) is not liable in any way for the tourism and sports service;
c) is not liable for the accuracy of the photos and descriptions submitted by the operators and suppliers of tourism and/or sports services/sports;
d) regarding information about the services on the portal, the site is not liable for the accuracy of the information made by the operator/provider and for any copyrights to the materials;
e) is not in any way liable for any disputes between the operator/service provider and the user regarding the tariffs and the quality of services, reservations and payments of services chosen on SPORTVAGANDO.COM or more;
f) the contract on the tourist and/or sport service will be stipulated between the operator/provider and the user only.
